We’ve launched our autumn fundraising campaigns as part of the “ZbieramTO w parafii” project. We collect electronic waste, waste paper, and scrap metal, with the proceeds from recycling going towards building wells in Chad. We can organise a collection in your community too!
In the coming weeks, our fundraising collections will take place in several parishes across Poland. Guided by the slogan “We unite, we educate, we help”, these initiatives bring parish communities together, promote responsible recycling, and, above all, support missionary projects in Africa.
The main items collected are electronic waste. Depending on local circumstances and cooperation with recycling companies, collections may also include waste paper and scrap metal.
The following parishes will host collections by the end of October:
- Lublin, Our Lady Queen of Poland Parish: 21–28 September
- Lublin, St. Michael the Archangel Parish: 9–10 October
- Lublin, St. Stanislaus BM Parish: 12–19 October
- Lublin, Good Shepherd Parish: 16–17 October
- Bełchatów, Priests of the Sacred Heart: 23–24 October
- Lublin, St. Joseph’s Parish in LSM: 23–24 October
Would you like to organise a collection in your community?
We want this initiative to reach beyond parish communities. If you would like to organise a collection at your parish, workplace, school, or another institution, we are ready to help – wherever you are in Poland.
We provide all the necessary information, promotional materials, and collection logistics. Our goal is to make organising a collection as simple as possible: we take care of the support and arrangements, while you bring together people who want to make a difference.
Together, we can turn recyclable materials into something truly essential: access to clean water.
